1. Overview

Travelz Master charges a nominal service fee to cover the cost of booking assistance, customer support, and fare research provided by our travel experts. These fees are non-refundable and are separate from the airline ticket price.

2. Booking Service Fees

The following service fees apply per passenger, per booking:

3. Phone Booking Assistance

If you book through our phone support, an additional phone assistance fee of $10–$20 may apply. This covers the personalized attention provided by our agents who search for the best deals on your behalf.

4. Modification & Cancellation Fees

Our service fees for changes or cancellations are in addition to any airline-imposed fees:

  • Date/Time Change: $25–$50 per passenger (plus airline fees)
  • Name Correction: $30 per passenger (plus airline fees, if permitted)
  • Cancellation Processing: $35–$75 per passenger

5. Payment Processing

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. A payment processing surcharge may apply for certain card types or international transactions, typically 1.5%–3.5% of the transaction amount.
